Hi, I got the same problem on my iphone SE and ipad air v3. When trying to navigate on the Dutch map (clicking on route button), I immediately crash to the desktop This was also with the Dutch map installed. I removed the Dutch map and installed the Belgium one. Now I can navigate again using OSMand. Therefore I would suggest that the issue is mostly in the Dutch map and not so much in the app.
