Osmand+ 3.8.3, Android 10, England. I didn't notice when it started, but I can't see any wikipedia downloads in Download_Maps>All_Downloads. I've waited at least two weeks before mentioning it.
Wikipedia for England is still functioning fine in the app with the file I downloaded long ago, and I can still see it in Download_Maps>Local. If I move that file, the functions stop, so it is not that wikipedia has been incorporated into the main map download. I don't see any wikipedia at https://osmand.net/list.php either. I searched for github issues but haven't found any mention. I'm puzzled! I'd be amazed if the devs have missed this if it's a problem, yet I'm concerned that new users might not have the files they need - offline wikipedia is a REALLY great feature of OsmAnd.
