Yes! I just tested it in Android with the "OsmAnd" (default) and "Touring 
View" map styles for the Central London zone (the OSM tag is 
boundary=low_emission_zone). You need to select 
Configure_Map>Details>Show_Low_Emission_Zones., but you can still have 
Configure_Map>Hide>Boundaries enabled if you want.

The boundary is shown as a thick dashed green line, but as it typically 
runs along roads it may not be obvious unless you already know where it is! 
I wonder if shading the whole area would be better, but perhaps this brings 
other problems.
