YES it changed, already reported and answered:

Unfortunately the "old" nightly osmand-nightly.apk was labeled *plus* 
version (net.osmand.plus)
whereas the "new" nightly OsmAnd-default.apk is labeled *NON-Plus* version 
(net.osmand.dev).

So users who want to continue in participating in testing have now to: 
- export all settings/profiles of "old" OsmAnd+ nightly
- install OsmAnd-default.apk
- import settings/profiles in "new" (NON-plus) OsmAnd-default.apk
- ckeck all settings, there might be (I hope only) minor differences
Depending on the location of install (memory internal / micro-sd-card) and 
android version it MAY BE possible to share storage for maps and other data 
of old and new version, if you want to keep it both.
