On my Android 10 tablet, using the Astro file manager app, I found my OsmAnd+ 3.9.10 track files here:
Internal shared storage / Android / data / net.osmand.plus / files/ tracks / [various monthly folders] / *.* Perhaps you can copy them from there to where you want them to be.
