about the question from post 1, i have to add one new very important info. i have test this with android 10
if we have a brand new device, or hard reset the exist device, or we must reinstall the osmand after clean install, etc and we must use the folder of a working install, to save time from download the maps again, please use this tip - when we download from playstore the application *we don't run* immediately the osmand. We must visit andoid setting into section apps. There, we must found osmand app and we have to enable permissions for "storage" this is the only way for osmand app to "see" *into first run* the old user original backup folder, if we have it at location of /storage/emulated/0/android/data/ at internal memory -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OsmAnd" group.
