In the same boat. I'm hoping Syncthing in combination with an
.stignore file might do the trick. But it's still in the bucket list
for me to find out. If you get to it first, please report back!
Found it!
Take syncthing to sync the *OsmAnd/files* directory. Use the following
*.stignore* file in the *files* directory:
!favourites.gpx
!itinerary.gpx
*
This ignore file only syncs your favourites and the markers.
Depending on your Android version you may need to change your OsmAnd
storage location. Otherwise you might not be able to select the *files*
folder, if it's below the *Android/data* directory.
