A correction to what I had previously said- After a closer inspection and reading of a part of this page https://osmand.net/features/online-maps-plugin I was able to find the tiles maps (the so called online maps) under the Local tab of Download maps.
The are in the section titled "Online and Cached tile maps" (I have many other things here for hillshades and slopes) When you find the correct one, you can press 3 dots on the right and a menu will appear.
