Hello, I use Osmand+ 4.1.11 on a Samsung XCover 4s with Android 11 (update 2021-08-01). (In case it matters: I believe it was after the update to Android 11 that I was forced to move Osmand+ from ExtSD\osmand to one of the locations under internal\Android or ExtSD\Android. I have chosen Multiuser storage 2. How to get it to a location tha is accessible from the devices file explorer would be another issue.)
Today I realized that I can't export or share any track in any way. This means: No track can be saved/shared via any of the ways on offer except Bluetooth. 1. Tried to export from the tracks list first: - Dropbox - Google drive - E-Mail: Opens new mail, but without attachment - Signal - devices file manager: neither to internal nor to external storage -> java.IOException: read failed: ENOENT (No such file or directory) A gpx file is written, but it is incomplete. Results of different tries ended at different positions in the file. The last try ended inside the extensions section, so I could delete this by hand and add the </gpx> and had a readable file. As this was more a matter of luck I would still say an export via file manager is not really possible. - last try: Bluetooth. Hurray! Worked! 2. Then I tried via Settings - Backup & Restore - Back up as file This actually exports somesthin via file manager - but it is an obf file that is not readable by any program I know. The last time I tried was end of November 2021 with the then-current version of Osmand. Then it worked. Does anybody have a hint what the problem is? In the help txt I find the general hint that any sort of problems might be fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling. "Back up your files first, from your device's file manager, Osmand - Settings - Data storage folder to check the path to your 'osmand' folder. Then you can copy the files to any storage you trust."
