Hi! You need to open Menu – Settings – Backup & Restore – Backup as file. Select needed data, tap Continue, in share sheet, you choose app where OsmAnd transfer file. Some file managers can add "Save to files" action to share sheet, but unfortunately default Google Files can do it and this actions doesn't present by default.
