I have forwarded the message to the Belgian OpenStreetMap (OSM) community, they work together with French OSM mappers and with the Belgian and French GR operators. I trust that they will check it out and correct any errors on the GR sites or in OSM. They can tackle gpx-file errors only if the gpx-file was downloaded from their sites.
And yes, anyone can edit OSM, it's fun and you help others, but mapping routes is not that easy. Best start by adding something simple such as a bench in osm.org, and check the "I want someone to check my work" box when uploading. You will be contacted and then the community will help you.
