I'm pretty sure you'll need to root your phone for that -- after which several,
or maybe all, file managers will see everything. Un-rooted Android doesn't let
apps look into the storage area of other apps. Seems like a silly restriction
to me, and makes Android a lot harder to use.
If someone knows otherwise, I'd be very happy to be proven wrong.
