I have two cell phones, the official one and a cheaper older just to help me navigate on my motorcycle or in any trip, and which I can spare to loose to a fall or whatever.
>From the first I copy to a PC, through an USB connection the complete contents of the folder "Android/data/net.osmans.plus/files" then from the PC I copy it to the bike cell, overwriting everything. It has all: maps, my tracks, my favorites, etc. Now both cells are equal regarding OsmAnd data. It serves as well as a backup and I do this a few times a year or just after heavy routes planning and gpx files creation. My official cell phone is the "master" in the sense that all osmand changes like new locations, new routes, new maps, etc, are done there and then passed to the navigation-only phone.
