Dmytro, I thought you'd like to know, after a period of too many 
commitments, I've created a Custom Category as you described.
It definitely works, though I have not yet determined whether it is failing 
to identify any (as I had previously suspected - 30/4/24, " *Many 
Rustpunten do not identify themselves as Cafe on the Rustpunt website, and 
hence probably not on OSM.*") - Project incomplete - To be continued!
Anyway, the result is currently infinitely better than my own efforts.
Harry - Should I go the whole hog and try your method?
