Your screenshot is from the "Downloads" tab, you cannot delete
downloaded maps from within the "Downloads" tab.
Go back up (I counted three times) until you get to "Maps & Resources"
then tap the "Local" tab that is to the right of the "downloads" tab.
Then within the "local" tap "standard maps" (for any standard maps
you've downloaded, use "roads only" for any "roads only" maps) and
you'll see a list of your standard maps, and the three dots icon will
also be on the right edge of each map.

When on the screen that shows the list of maps you have downloaded [1]
tap the three vertical dots on the right edge of each map, pick the
"Remove" option.
[1] Hamburger menu button from main map screen, "Maps & Resources" menu
item, "Local" tab, "Standard maps" or "Roads-only maps" (depending upon
which you installed and want to remove)
