When I started OsmAnd this morning I got one of those "new features" dialogs
that come with a version upgrade (I'm on Android 4.9 (beta)). One of the items
on the list was something about identifying features. But I had to leave for a
hike, so I didn't write down exactly what it said.

Is there a way to view that new feature list again later? There's
Settings->About OsmAnd->What's new, but that doesn't look like quite the same
list as the upgraded app showed me this morning. Even if I can't get the list
back inside the app, is it visible, say, on GitHub, or on OsmAnd.net?

The description sounded like it might be a way, say, to tap on a road and find
out its name, something like the Query Feature button on OpenStreetMap.org.
Identifying roads has always been crazy difficult (in most mapping apps, not
just OsmAnd). Can OsmAnd do that now? If so, how?
