Hello! Thank you for the feedback. We've fixed some of the issues causing these lags, but not all. Currently, we use browser local storage for edited tracks, which has limitations. We plan to change this to allow editing of larger tracks. You can follow the progress here: https://github.com/osmandapp/web/issues/661
