Hi!

You can import a GPX file containing your favorites directly into OsmAnd on 
your device, or you can create an account on the OsmAnd website (
https://osmand.net/map/), import the file there, and later sync it to your 
device. A free account allows you to sync your favorites and settings 
between your devices. You will need to log in to OsmAnd Cloud on your 
device to sync the data.
