I believe this is this setting:
Menu -> Settings -> Driving Profile -> Configure Screen -> Speedometer
I say "believe" because I had it covering things on my last trip, I've
turned off this setting, but I won't be making another trip until next
week to find out if toggling off "Speeedometer" did in fact work as
expected.
