Well, I think I've found the right workaround for me: I've come to the 
conclusion that OSMANK is great. I love it more and more every day, but 
when used with Android Auto, it gives me too many limitations. That's why 
I'm going to use Osmand on a small Android tablet for car navigation.
I think that makes sense!
