jobs: master-builds: fix git master branch polling
The 'refs/heads/origin/master' somehow caused that git polling would not
trigger builds. 'origin/master' was succesful in a manual test, so set all
jobs
to that.

Add gerrit JJB for osmo-ttcn3-hacks
we simply call 'make compile' which will compile all of the projects
from TTCN-3 to C++
