just some not very creative idea, but why don't we ask the orga if we
could invest the funds to buy the BTSs from sysmocom? Is it just the
question of getting the funds or is there some other factor?

We can do the discussion ahead of the workshop, or as an intermission around
the middle, or at the end. I don't mind, and would decide on that depending on
how many of you are present at what time. Feedback welcome!
