Also, this statement on the website is a bit odd:

With the download you agree to the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE (Version 3,
29 June 2007). This declaration grants GPLv3 licensing terms to older
revisions which files might be labeled as “Creative Commons License” as
well.
The problem is these files are located in old SVN revisions and therefore can't be edited anymore. These files contain a copyright hint saying "Project licensed under Creative Commons License". We'd just like to point out that these are invalid and the GPL applies to these *old revisions* as well.
All files in current revisions are correctly labeled with GPL.
