Hi there,

my debian server is running at GMT +2 (CET), at the moment
DST (CET +1) during summer.
I've loaded data into a Osmosis-snapshot scheme and noticed
that the timestamp has changed to the future:

Timestamp in OSM file: 2011-07-12 22:13:59
Timestam in database: 2011-07-13 00:13:59

Seems like it has been shifted to GMT +2?
I don't really care about this, but other people might do.

Best regards,
Tobias
