I just tried to build the branch and received a test failure. You relaxed
the Bound constructor validation checks to allow a null origin, but this
has caused the BoundTest.testConstructor10 test to fail. I'd just delete
the test, but I'm not 100% sure if I've messed up somewhere because I
*think* I built it successfully last night. I'm wondering if I'm going
crazy ;-)

Does the BoundTest.testConstructor10 method need to be removed?
