I don't have access to a Windows machine right now to validate your
command line. It seems to work fine under Linux.
I verified the command with windows. Works fine.

@Jean-Michel: What version of Windows are you using? Any special command
interpreter?
@Brett: Could the exception be extended to be a bit more verbosive of
what is unrecognized? It could highlight the unrecognized option and
print the whole command line it received.
