Can you give some more information on your database? Which planet did you initialise it with.

Which changeset did you begin replication from?
Unfortunately for some reason I don't seem to have the logs from October anymore so I can't answer that question :(
I'm planning to reset the database and start replication again soon, this time I will be keeping a close watch on these invalid actions...
Then when you get an error, we need to know which changeset you were applying at the time.
