Hi Osmosis community! When I manipulate an OSM file (compressed or not) using Osmosis, can we assume that entities will systematically be processed in this order: 1.bound, 2.node, 3.way, 4.relation?
This seems logical since the OSM file format guarantees that "blocks come in this order" (see the OSM XML #File format<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_XML#OSM_XML_file_format> wiki page). In addition, I reach a post<http://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/osmosis-dev/2011-March/000949.html> where Brett told: > This is due to the way Osmosis processing works because it finishes processing nodes before it sees the ways. I just want to make sure my impression is good :) Thank you very much! Best regards, Nicolas
