I looks like Google Talk doesn't support voip conference calling so we'll have to use Skype.
I've tried a few Android apps for voip over these network and haven't found one that I could fully recommend. I've got Nimbuzz to work but it was a bit unreliable. Everyone: please test your systems out beforehand as I'm sure the compatibility issues will increase exponentially with the number of people!
