At the last OSPF WG meeting in Quebec City, we indicated that we may not meet in Taipei. Since then, there has not been many new drafts or list discussion. Consequently, we are not planning on having a F2F meeting in Taipei. We will definitely meet in Paris in March. If you have any concerns, please contact Abhay and myself.
