Dear all,

I am happy to announce the release of OSRM v0.3.6, your favorite OpenStreetMap
based routing engine. With this release we move away from the restrictive AGPL
to the much more permissive (simplified) 2-clause BSD license which has several
advantages.

While share-alike clauses are designed to ensure contribution, in practice
they more often hinder adoption by introducing incompatibilities and legal
complexity. And in the end, adoption is not driven by the virality of a
license, but by the quality of the software itself.

As always, we are dog-fooding and v0.3.5 is already running on our demo site:
http://map.project-osrm.org

This is the shortened change log:

- License change to (simplified) 2-clause BSD. Good riddance, AGPL
- parse command line with boost program options
- fixes issue #755, #726, #721, #709, #655, #412, #541
- street name list is now a char array /w indices array
- update ruby gems used for cucumber testing
- replacing c-style numeric limits with proper C++ style
- compile fixes on RHEL5/Fedora
- refactoring according to new coding guidelines
- Moving to boost 1.46 on travis
- organize cuke test with @todo and @bug
- fixed timings to collect absolute numbers and not CPU seconds
- new hard disk benchmark tool
- enable passing .osm file to cuke tests
- and many more bug fixes and smaller enhancements

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this release!

Dennis (on behalf of Team OSRM)
