From looking at bing in iD I would suggest that Norfolk Crescent is a service road, it is certainly not a path as there are cars parked on it. I would suggest it needs a proper survey, the mapping looks broken.
Have added a note here http://www.openstreetmap.org/note/189113 > 51.52289 -0.15498 The position is in the middle of the building, I would expect to route to Marylebone Road. However the nearest road (assuming all the barriers and access restrictions are correct on York Terrace West) is a one way road leading away from the point. This is clearly wrong and it should also share access restrictions with York Terrace West. Again it needs a survey, but why have you picked that point? > 51.48218 -0.15778 The nearest points are footpaths, and the mapping looks right here. I would not expect the car profile to be able to route this one, I am assuming you are not using a foot profile? Again an odd place to pick.
