Does anyone know why Highway 37 (Stewart-Cassiar Highway) is partially
unroutable?

Starting at the border between Yukon and British Columbia, the highway is
unroutable for roughly 40 miles.

Dragging the start/end points around, they snap to:
60.000000,-129.052567
and
59.500000,-129.241531

Here's the route as displayed on OSRM's map.

Both of these points are on the highway, yet it routes a 1500mile loop to
make it the 40 miles between those two points.

As far as I can tell, this is a public highway and one of the main two
routes to drive between the lower 48 and The Yukon/Alaska.

Thanks,

Jerl
