Hi I'm one of the operators running routing.openstreetmap.de which is sponsored by Fossgis. Even though that service is aimed at OpenStreetMap contributors and to showcase OSM Data, it means that there would still be a publicly accessible instance. Though we have currently a much smaller load than 10k/min but we offer routing profiles for foot and bike as well
