Attached are two patches for ossxmix (hg version):
The first (ossxmix-prot) is a clean-up:
Staticize all functions.
Add prototypes to all functions.
Some renaming.
Open mixer just once, and make sure the fd is closed when exiting.
The second (ossxmix-notebook) depends on the first, and is much more
involved:
Add the "-a" option to show all mixers in the same ossxmix.
Make ossxmix stop polling when it's minimized/hidden.
Make the restart code (where the mixer structure changes while ossxmix is
loaded) less hackish.
