These pages had to be added in great hurry to the Solaris version and 
adding them to the other versions was forgotten. Sadly enough Solaris 
doesn't even have soundon/soundoff (for the time being).

I applied the patch. However I changed these pages to copied under 
/usr/share/man under Linux.

Strange. Did you recreate the build directory after pulling the latest 
hg version?
