Hi All,

I did the ossdevlinks change in slightly different way. For some reason 
creation of the dsp_out and dsp_in was missing from the program (I may 
have added it only to the 4.0 tree some time ago and forgot to update v4.1).

The idea is that /dev/dsp is also created (if it doesn't already exist) 
when the dsp_out and dsp_in links are created. In this way
/dev/dsp will created even if the only audio device in the system is the 
mic of an USB web camera.
