Yeah, that format is not too useful. I was referring to the switches in 
CopyAndConvert functions which still checked for "case 64:". On a more 
nitpicking level, I've noticed that DSP_CAP_DUPLEX is printed out doubly in 
DisplayDeviceInfo(). Most of the capabilities displayed aren't too relevant to 
the current jackd implementation anyway...
