Yes, now that I think about it, I think I had just paused the video both times. In fact, I just remotely logged into the machine, killed artsd (so I could run 'soundoff' and then update/recompile the driver), and the machine panicked again. It is an odd crash. I have a machine at home with an SB Live running FreeBSD (both amd64 and i386 on separate drives) and haven't had this problem. When this is done booting back up, I'll recompile OSS and see if I can run a few tests to reproduce this problem. -- Adam K Kirchhoff Digital Color Image 7025 Central Highway Pennsauken, NJ 08109 Phone: 856-662-5532 -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean. _______________________________________________ oss-devel mailing list oss-devel@mailman.opensound.com http://mailman.opensound.com/mailman/listinfo/oss-devel
