Hi,
The attached patch does the following:
A. setup/Linux/oss/build/osscore.c: Fix compile on Linux 2.6.29 [1].
B. ossplay/ossrecord: Open device before creating file in ossrecord, so an
header-only file isn't created when opening the device fails.
C. oss_atiaudio: Add another subid with inverted amplifier [2].
D. Change setup/srcconf.c to allow overriding compiler using environment
values $CC and $HOSTCC when running configure. Also, restore optimizations
when not building on SCO to get uninitalized variable warnings from GCC
again.
