Hi,

The srcconf.c file had got copied from the CDDL version by mistake. I 
have fixed the copying statement for the next source drop.

Files that have the #define COPYING* line have probably been picked from 
the Mercurial repository. When the official tarballs are cut the script 
we use for that will replace these defines with the actual copyright 
statement (GPL, CDDL or BSD). The "golden" files picked from the hg 
repository cannot be redistributed.
