http://mercurial.selenic.com/wiki/MercurialHosting has a list of hosting sites 
which support mercurial.

 Asking around, I'm told http://bitbucket.org/ is the current favourite for 
mercurial projects. (e.g. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/597822/what-
mercurial-dvcs-hosting-would-you-recommend-for-a-small-open-source-project ).
