No where does the response indicate that Harris is involved or supports the action. The fact that the user used his personal Hotmail account indicates that he considered it a personal correspondence and not related or linked to the corporation. I have informed the user he should not use a Harris owned PC for future correspondence of this type. While Harris does not sanction or support this type of behavior and I personally agree this type of behavior is inappropriate the corporation will not be taking any further actions and we suggest you take appropriate action as defined by the mailing list standards and use agreements.
