[ossec-list] OSSEC, BASE, and PostgreSQL

I noticed in the wiki that OSSEC has support for talking to BASE via
MySQL. Is there going to be support for BASE+PostgreSQL some time in the
future? or can it be done with a few modifications to the Perl scripts
and module?
