[ossec-list] Unable to access ossec directory.

I just tried to use the gui. I've got it installed and now I see the 
page: http://test.server-konzept.de/stats/gui/index.php?f=t but nearly 
without content. The pge shows: " Unable to access ossec directory." but 
why?
