It may be more than a single package. Whatever you compile, and it makes use of that set of API's/libraries, you will need the headers for that package. As an example, if you use the GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP), you will need the glib libraries, but if you compile GIMP from source, you will need the glib headers as well. I'm not sure what all ossec relies on, but whatever it does rely on, get the packages for the source code, whatever they are on Solaris.
