Hello dear list,
I am having issues figuring out where da heck ossec-analysisd is
looking for the libprelude.so.2 file.
I have successfully compiled libprelude.
Also made sure to 'make setprelude' and no errors during ossec
compilation (I used the install.sh).
Now when I start ossec (/etc/ini.d/ossec start) it complains back:
"
Starting OSSEC: /var/ossec/bin/ossec-analysisd: error while loading
shared libraries: libprelude.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory
[FAILED]
"
The log file in the ossec/log directory is empty.
