Hi,
 
We're seeing the "ossec-agentd(4101): Waiting for server reply (not
started)." error in some of our client logs while other clients are able
to communicate with the server just fine. 
 
There doesn't appear to be anything blocking agent/ server communication
such as a firewall, so I'm stumped as to what could be causing the
issue. 
 
Is there a way I can validate connectivity from the client to the server
on port 1514 since it's a udp connection? If it were tcp for example I
could telnet to the port on the server from the client, but this wont'
work with udp.
 
What other troubleshooting methods should I use to figure this out? Is
there an easy way to put the client in debug mode to hopefully gather
more information?
