Your comment helped me solve the issue. As I was compiling the information for this I was going to verify that I was getting the Apache 2 test screen (http://localhost/) so I could give that information. I got the same blank screen even though I had seen the test screen before. During my installation, I had the typical permissions/directory location errors that you see a lot in this group. I fixed that but I think it put the http server in some kind of error state that it couldn't resolve. I restarted httpd and was able to see the test screen again. Now OSSEC WUI is working great!
