Dear all,
I am new to OSSEC. And I've installed ossec on sparc 64 processor (with
FreeBSD) .I've faced some problems when I configuring and installing ossec
agents. I installed 2 windows agent. But ossec can't connect to these agents. I
saw the following error:
ossec-remoted(1403): ERROR: Incorrectly formated message from '192.168.0.199'
Found many articles relating this error, then verified clients.key file on both
server and agent side. These were same exactly. But still I have this error.
Second problem is linux agent installation is not working properly. "make file
not found" error occured.
How can I solve these problems. I want to establish HIDS over my companies
network.
Please, help me.
